Dennis Marc Reisman was born and raised in Queens, New York. He did his undergraduate education at Queens College, and received his Juris Doctorate degree at Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law, graduating in 1976. After law school, he relocated back to New York and worked for Local 1115 Prepaid Legal Services that provided legal services to nursing home and hospital workers. Mr. Reisman became the managing director attorney of the union’s Long Island legal office. He worked for 1115 Prepaid Legal Services for seven years, and gained invaluable experience in dealing with numerous clients and in handling a great variety of general practice-type matters.

Dennis Marc Reisman has been in practice as an attorney for over 30 years, and in private practice for 26 years, handling a wide range of civil matters.

Dennis Marc Reisman has earned the highest rating of “AV” from Martindale-Hubbell, one of the most prestigious lawyer publications. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association Family Law and Real Property Sections, a member of the Nassau County Bar Association Matrimonial and Family Law Section, a current member of the Great Neck Lawyer’s Association, and past President of the Great Neck Lawyer’s Association. He has served regularly as an arbitrator for the Nassau County District Court for over 20 years. Mr. Reisman is licensed to practice law in all of the courts of New York State and is also licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia. Dennis Reisman resides in Roslyn, New York where he was active in the Albertson Soccer Club and Roslyn Booster Basketball Club. He is an avid tennis player.
